Online Freeze Request: Note that freeze requests must be done before the 1st of the month (billing occurs on the 5th). Please remember to list each member to be frozen on your request. Membership freezes are effective on the 5th of the month.
Cancellation: Membership cancellation requires 5 days written notice.
