The Best Show in Town Has Returned!
REEL ROCK 14 brings 3 new and exciting films about some of the most amazing climbing in the world.
In The High Road Nina Williams pushes the limits of bouldering by tackling some of the hardest and tallest problems around. This is seat-grippingly good!
In United States of Joe's the conservative, religious community of Joe's Valley meets the climbers who have found the bouldering treasure of southern Utah. Cool heads are needed or this could easily boil over.
The Nose Speed Record is exactly as descriptive as it sounds, but there's more. No record exists without competition, and this race has consequences...
There's also a sneak peek of an upcoming feature film about soloing the world's most challenging peaks.
This show is going to be a great party and celebration opportunity within the climbing community. It's also a great time to invite friends who don't climb or haven't tried it yet to see how much fun we have.
Movie-goers will be able to enter through Goldie's and are welcome to grab a drink on their way in. Underage attendees may enter through Goldie's with their parents. Unaccompanied attendees under the age of 21 will need to enter through Dance Theatre Fairbanks to abide by Alaska's alcohol control laws.
Get your tickets in advance to reserve your seat. Tickets are available from Ascension Rock Club, Beaver Sports, the UA Outdoors Office, and Goldie's. EFT Members at Ascension are encouraged to pick up their tickets at the gym to take advantage of their member discount. Door prices will be $17 and $15 respectively.
This 3,000ft isn't going to climb itself...
Joe's is the place to be!
