WHAT IS GRIPTONITE?

Griptonite is an app for climbers designed to help you level up your climbing. Griptonite allows you to track your climbs, visualize route beta, and engage with the climbing community. Watch yourself improve while having fun! For those with a competitive spirit, Griptonite allows you to compare yourself against other gym users and even the pros. HOW DO I USE GRIPTONITE?

FIRST THINGS FIRST:

1. Download the Griptonite app and create a profile
2. Select your gym: Ascension Rock Club
3. To track your climbs, select the “Climb” tab to view all routes in the gym
   1. Scan the QR code on the route tag, or select the appropriate route from the map to view route information.
   2. Slide to tick route. Scroll down to grade and rate the route, view and upload beta videos, and view route features.
   3. To view only climbs of a certain grade, select “Circuits” just above the “Feed” tab. Now you can display routes for a specific color circuit on the map.
