Ascension Rock Club Birthday Parties

Ascension Rock Club offers a fun, active, and memorable birthday experience for kids of all ages. Our dedicated party area includes over 900 ft² of climbing terrain, a table and benches for food and gifts, and access to the full gym. Younger climbers can enjoy the shorter walls in the party zone, while older kids can explore more challenging terrain throughout the facility.

Parties book fast — reservations are required.

Birthday Party Availability

Saturdays & Sundays
• 12:30–2:30 pm
• 3:00–5:00 pm
• 5:30–7:30 pm

Custom dates and times may be available with advance notice.

Birthday Party Packages

Base Package — $200 for up to 8 climbers
+ $13 for each additional climber

Includes:
• 2 hours in the private party area
• Full-gym climbing access
• Shoe rentals for all climbers
• A short climbing instruction session led by staff
• Table and benches for food, gifts, and setup

A $50 deposit is required at the time of reservation and is applied to your total.

PLUS Package — $260 for up to 8 climbers
+ $15 for each additional climber

Includes everything in the Base Package PLUS:
• A dedicated party attendant (instructor/coach)
• Help with setup and cleanup if you need it
• Guided climbing activities or games
• Extra support for younger climbers
• A smoother, more structured party experience for parents

Choosing the Plus Package also helps support Team Ascension.

What to Bring

Parents may bring their own:
• Food and drinks
• Birthday cake or treats
• Decorations
• Plates, cups, napkins, utensils

(Please no confetti or glitter – it’s impossible to clean on our mats)

Waivers

All participants must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian before climbing.
If a parent won’t be present, please complete the waiver online before arrival.
